OUR COLLECTION
Almost weekly we select new fabrics. As a result, our collection is constantly growing and there is always something new to discover. Our assortment now consists of more than 12,000 unique fabrics.
In addition, we are known for having one of the largest collections of wool, linen and silk in the Netherlands. For every fabric, quality and careful selection are paramount, so you can always count on special materials.

THE DESIGNER
Emily Hermans is a passionate textile designer and entrepreneur with a clear vision for exclusivity, creativity, and craftsmanship.
Six years ago, the well-known Harrie Bosch Fashion Fabrics was taken over by Emily Hermans and Mark Vrolings. The company is now continued under the name 040 Design Fabrics, where Emily translates her creative vision into unique and exclusive fabrics.

OUR STORY
Six years ago, we took over Harrie Bosch Modestoffen: a place where we had been customers for years. The vision from back then is still ours today: to search for special fabrics, with an eye for quality and character.
That vision is reflected in everything we do. We work exclusively with deadstock designer fabrics: no mass production, but unique
finds that often come from Italy and other European fashion houses. This way, our assortment remains special, and you will always find fabrics with their own story.

Step into the world of textile design and be surprised by the possibilities. Emily Hermans (MLY) will take you on a creative journey where your unique design comes to life.
How does it work?
Emily has years of experience in developing unique prints and will guide you step by step. During the workshop, you will have the freedom to create a design in your own way.
Whether you want to use drawings, clippings, photos, or other materials, a lot is possible (you can even bring your own photos and materials!).
You don't need to have experience or be a seasoned creative; together with Emily, you will create your personal print that perfectly suits you.
What does the day look like?
- 10:00-10:15 Reception
- 10:15-11:00 Introduction (presentation)
- 11:00-11:30: Workshop explanation
- 11:30-15:00 workshop with lunch, coffee and tea
- in between

A day full of inspiration and 2 meters of fabric with your own unique print, with which you can shine in a self-made outfit!
